Jason founded Paramount Structures Inc. (PSI) in 2006. In 2009, PSI was acquired by Horizon North Logistics (HNL). For the next four years, Jason continued to lead PSI as the Vice President of Business Development.

In November 2013, he bought back PSI from HNL and put together a strong and experienced executive team in order to satisfy customer demand for blast resistant modular structures (BRM’s). In 2012, Jason was recognized as a status member of the Qalipu Mi’kmaq First Nation Band and currently holds Aboriginal Status in Canada.
